Job Duties & Responsibilities:
. Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients and customers via phone, email, and live chat
. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the services.
. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member for further assistance
. Document and track customer interactions and issues as per company policies
. Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvements to products and services
. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about new products and services
. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience
. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction metrics and goals
Required Skills:
Ø Strong customer service and technical support skills
Ø Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills
Ø Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
Ø Experience with SAP and other software like CRM is a plus
Ø Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

The position require business management, consultancy, make, customer service, technical support, phone, email, chat, customer, technical, complex, team member, assistance, policies, feedback, training, development, customer experience, customer satisfaction, metrics, communication, software, environment, benefits, performance, bonus mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 45k to 60k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
