Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing day to day operations of the shop including on the counter sales, customer deliveries and bulk sales.
- Managing all credit sales including maintenance of up-to-date customer data as well as all credit recoveries.
- Monitoring all operations at the shop including equipment cleanliness and operation, overall shop housekeeping as well as ensuring that shop staff adheres to all company policies.
- Ensuring regular maintenance of the shop equipment through effective coordination with the technical staff.
- Ensuring product availability at all times. This includes unprocessed and filtered water in the tanks.
- Increasing shop sales in line with assigned targets from the management.
- ·Ensuring cost effective operations at the plant by keeping a strict check on operating expenses.
- Accurate and timely reporting of all operations data including customer wise daily sales report (cash plus credit), daily opening and closing meter readings, monthly sales and credit recovery reports as well as maintaining inventory of all materials including filters, bottles and bottles caps etc.
