Qualifications & Experience: DAE/ B. TECH/ CIVIL ENGERING Year YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IS A MUST IN REPUTED ORGANIZATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES: BOQ (Bill of Quantities) verification before tender process In depth quantity take-offs Project estimation Technical specification & verification of IPCs with drawings Recommendations for the potential improvement SOFTWARE FAMILIARTY: MUST BE THE ADVANCE USER OF MS.EXCEL, BLUE BEAM, PLANSWIFT. KNOWLEDGE OF STACK AND OTHER SOFTWARES WOULD BE CONSIDERED AS ADVANTAGE.

GEM ROCK BUILDERS is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Cost Estimator/Quantity Surveyor in the field of Consulting in one of their office located in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have dae/ b. tech/ civil engering qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require quantity surveying, bill of quantites, quantity takeoffs mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
