JOB BRIEF:

 Seeking a dedicated field sales representative to attract new clients, convert potential customers, and provide exceptional customer service. Candidates will work prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, educating prospects, and turning interested shoppers into long-term customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Extensive fieldwork is a must.

Visit potential customers on a daily basis and convert potential leads to long lasting customer base

Ability to map a specific area and discover/cultivate prospective customers.

Manage multiple customer queries simultaneously .

Maintain a record of sales leads and customer .

Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions.

Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.

Evaluate personal sales strategy effectiveness and improvise to ensure target achievement.

The ideal candidate should have intermediate qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require sales, sales strategy, target achievement, performance, team player, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 25k to 45k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
