) Advise the executives and employees on changes to the laws affecting the company.
) Investigate if the company or a staff member does not comply with the law.
) Oversee lawsuits, possibly acting as chief litigator.
) Ensure the company fills out and submits all its legal paperwork.

DansidHR Consulting is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Corporate Legal Officer - Male in the field of Legal in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have degree in law/ bachelors/ b.com qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require legal, communication, law, content-negotiation mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 25k to 30k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
