Description

Search new suppliers for NPD projects (Given by customers).
- Search suppliers for customer’s strong products for which we are losing business.
- Send product enquiry and get price
- Arrange all types of technical documents that customer needs (Quality agreement)
- Arranging samples as per customer’s required specification and quantity
- Arrange sales contracts or purchase orders.
- Arrange meeting with suppliers and customers.
- Offer best price from reputed suppliers and get orders from customers.
- Solve customer queries
- Build good and strong relationship with customers.
- In case of rejection find the solution proper involvement
- In case supplier is not properly responding to logistic person provide proper support to resolve this issue.
- Provide proper support and help to finance department in order to recover commission
- Arrange customer’s visit for supplier’s manufacturing unit for audit purpose
- Take steps to Increase the business of assigned suppliers
- Prepare sample file and update on regular basis also get feedback from customers after every months.
- Prepare proper enquiry sheet and maintain record on regular basis
- Update indent report on regular basis.
- Provide proper guidence and training to the subordinates in your team and also supervise them.

        Any other task assigned by the management.
