- Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client
- Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well
- Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase client satisfaction
- Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase accessories and additional services
- Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship.
- Work with customers to help them define and implement best practice solutions that meet their business needs and ultimately improve deliver-ability.
- Establish and develop collaborative relationships with various business departments and client/vendor teams to help resolve client specific issues
- Act as first point of contact and liaison between integral parties; as per services required by the client, to ensure that new technology programs are successfully delivered and client needs are properly assessed and fully met.
