NizamSons (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for CEO Secretary/Executive Secretary/Executive Assistant who has - years experience in working at same position. The ideal candidate should be:
- Male
- - years of age
- Having A+ grade (above %) throughout Matriculation-MBA
- Having degree from LUMS, IBA, LSE, NUST
- Having experience in working with CEO/Chairman/MD of large group of companies
Main responsibilities include:
- Creation of reports, charts, budgets
- Travel management
- Visitor management
- Meeting schedule
- Coordination with senior management and CEO
- Follow up of emails and communication on behalf of CEO

Ltd. is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of CEO Secretary/Executive Secretary/Executive Assistant in the field of Management in one of their office located in Sialkot - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have mba qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require communication, interpersonal skills, presentation, ms office, coordination, time mangement mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
