Description
- Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in GPON, FTTH, FTTB
- Experience on UG/FDH Cable Jointing.
- Understanding the difference between single and multimode fibers.
- Cable preparation, termination, fusion splicing and testing.
- Laying Experience of SM and Ribbon Fiber optic cable( , , , , , , , , ).
- Termination and splicing of Single-mode and Multi-core FO cable.
- Experience in cables preparation for the MODF install and joint enclosures repair and maintenance activities.
- Experience pulling and dressing fiber optic cable in the OSP environment.
- Installing of Cat , Cat e, Cat , Cat , Fiber Optic Cable and Coaxial cables.
- Cable pulling, installation, termination, testing, and commissioning of GPON Equipment.
- Experienced infusion/splicing and able to check power rating via a power meter
- Installation, commissioning, testing, and rectification of fiber optic cable
- Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to clearly explain issues to customers

Xad Technologies is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Cable Jointer (FTTH,FDH,LMT) in the field of Engineering in one of their office located in Islamabad - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have - qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require salary, expert, gpon, preparation, termination, fusion, splicing, testing, fiber, cables, repair, maintenance, activities, dressing, environment, installation, commissioning, equipment, check, power, rating, power meter, rectification, communication, writing skills mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 2k to 2k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
