Description

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Officer who is an expert in bidding on freelancing platforms like Upwork to join our team located in Islamabad. As a Business Development Officer at Uptek, you will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team of highly skilled professionals to create best in class digital experiences for our clients, ensuring your professional growth right along the way.

Note: This is salary based job but you'll also be offered good commissions for motivational purposes.

Responsibilities:

Research and bid on projects on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.

Lead generation through various platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed and other such platforms.

Collaborate with the technical team to prepare estimates and quotations for prospects.

Communicate between the technical team and clients, as well as senior management.

Track market activity and trends in different online channels and use them for business development & marketing purpose.

Maintain healthy relationship with current and new clients.

Recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.

Requirements:

Proven experience, working as a Business Development Officer or similar role.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.

Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.

Effective and strong (English) communication skills.

Detail-oriented.
