Description

The candidate will be responsible to generate leads and revenues by identifying potential businesses and reach them through various platforms/channels to ensure leads are being converted to sales, hence ensuring assigned targets are met at the end of each month. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Basic + Commission Experience: 3-5 years Education: Bachelor's/ Masters (BBA/MBA/BS IT) Location: Johar Town Lahore Language: English (excellent oral and written communication) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate potential leads

• Experience in IT industry related to business development is preferred

• Build strong relationships with customers, outside business contacts, and company stakeholders

• Review and communicate proposals and cost estimates to customers and stakeholders

• Develop and test unique business strategies and concepts

• Collaborate with colleagues and peers on the sales, marketing, and product development teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction

• Stay up to date on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions

• Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent competencies

• To generate quality leads that result in sales

• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for business

• Work with team to achieve sales and performance targets

• Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way

• Must be familiar with LinkedIn Advertising or pitching clients from LinkedIn

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Masters degree in business, marketing or IT

• Equivalent experience in a related field acceptable as well (example: 3+ years in a sales or business development environment)

• Experience in business with international clients, North American market (i.e., U.S and Canada) is preferred

• Familiarity with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office

• Communications skills must be highly proficient

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Critical thinking skills, analytical, organized

• Must have a creative-mind and think out of the box

• Must be available full time
