Al-Wasaf Foods is a one of kind bakery retail business providing handmade bakery line items. Our goal is to be the finest food providers to various food businesses like cafes, restaurants, caterers and grocers, as well as direct to the public.

We are looking for a well-spoken individual to sell our amazing product as well as our message. The individual must be a great self-starter with confidence to develop relationships in a professional manner.

The job for a business development executive will be primarily to look for new business opportunities in the market. The individual will be required to strategically build our customer base for revenue growth, whilst maintaining strong relationships with them.

• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.

• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations for prospects.

• Developing sales strategies for different product lines to draw in potential customers.

• Initiating contact with potential customers through market visits or responding to inquiries.

• Work closely with marketing and event management companies to build more business opportunities.

• Provide new ideas to penetrate the market and increase sales.

• Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.

• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their interest to drive sales.

• Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.

• Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.

Al-Wasaf Foods is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Business Development Executive in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require knowledge of bakery line, excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skill, decision maker mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 20k to 25k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
