Description

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Business Development Executive who can handle client communication and lead generation specifically through Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms. You must understand DevOps, Mobile Application Development, and Database Services, and be able to pitch them confidently to international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and similar platforms

Bid on relevant projects and craft winning proposals for DevOps, mobile apps, and database services

Respond to client inquiries, follow up on bids, and close deals

Understand client needs and collaborate with tech teams to prepare scope, timelines, and budgets

Maintain a pipeline of leads and update CRM regularly

Deliver excellent client communication and build long-term relationships

Requirements:

. to years of business development experience (with proven success on Upwork/Fiverr)

Excellent written English and proposal writing skills

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly (DevOps, Mobile Apps, Databases)

Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Canada, etc.)

Knowledge of platforms like Clutch, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

Bonus Skills:

Knowledge of project management tools ( Slack, Jira)

Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile

Familiarity with CRM system
