Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our full-service digital agency. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads, develop partnerships, and expand the client base.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify potential areas for business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and industry stakeholders through effective communication, networking, and relationship management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, development, and project management, to create tailored proposals and solutions that meet client objectives.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, pitches, and proposals to clients, showcasing our agency's capabilities, expertise, and value proposition.
• Negotiate and close deals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring profitability and alignment with the agency's goals.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and business development.
• Collaborate with the management team to define business development strategies, set objectives, and monitor performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to senior management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of at least years in business development or sales roles within the digital marketing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, web design, and development.
• Strong understanding of client needs and ability to translate them into effective solutions and proposals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a keen eye for detail and profitability.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking
