Job Description
We are looking for talented Brand Ambassador to be placed at leading Superstore, for conducting brand awareness activity and managing sales of company branded products.
• Educating customers about company and providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).
• Creates positive customer experiences and drives sales.
• Promotes the brand in-person at store.
• Shares customer feedback with company management.
• Greeting and directing customers.
• Answering customers’ questions about specific products/services.
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
• Cross-sell products.
• Ensure racks are fully stocked.
• Manage returns of merchandise.
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
Job Specification
S.M. Abdullah & Co. is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Brand Ambassador in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have graduate qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require communication, connection, providing, product, pricing, aftersales, customer, drives, sales, brand, shares, feedback, management, directing, racks, returns, inform mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time evening shift job.
