Description

Job responsibilities:

· Set up, copy, scan, and store documents.

· Creation of templates.

· Monitors status of a project to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule.

· Submits project documentation to management for approval and transmits approved documents to the customer.

· File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage

· Collecting daily activity data from Field staff

· Strong communication with field staff

· Preparation of multiple telecom reports including TSSRs, LOS Reports, PISM Reports, SQC Reports, Snags Clearance reports, RFM reports.

· Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and word.

· Strong Skills in AUTOCAD for multiple Engineering Drawings preparing.

· Must have knowledge for iBwave viewer for technical DAS Drawings.

· Preparation of RFM or Civil Work completion reports for IBS sites

· Preparation of TI Completion & Quality reports.

· Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.

· Preparation of Microwave Link Installation/Dismantling reports.

· Preparation of G/LTE/ G installation completion reports.

· Preparation of PAT folders.

· Maintaining trackers for PAT/PAC/FAC

· Maintaining daily attendance sheets of field staff.

· Reporting directly to Project Coordinator.

· Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.

The position require documents, project, documentation, schedule, project documentation, management, customer, physical, digital, storage, data, field, staff, communication, preparation, telecom, ms office, outlook, excel, word, autocad, engineering, ibwave, technical, civil, quality, review, editing, microwave link, installation, attendance, reporting, project coordinator, cad, pat mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 40k to 55k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
