Description
Ensure implementation of preventive and predictive mechanical maintenance activities
Make routine of physical inspection of mechanical equipment
Ensure optimum operations of mechanical equipment at Foundries
Design the new equipment and machinery for foundries
Execute the installation of equipment machinery
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity) for development projects in foundries
Supervise civil works related to erection at found
Liaison with Maintenance Engineer to review the documents received from designers/consultants/service engineers and hence for material calculation, material evaluation/inspection required for new additional/project jobs being launched to enhance plant capacities
Liaison with Administration and HSE department to ensure their presence / visits at site for compliance to avoid wastage of time, effort and resources caused by any accidents
Liaison with concerned department for purchase of technical parts
Maintain LPG consumption in QCL related to foundry

The ideal candidate should have bs(mettalurgical) / mechanical qualification and atleast 4 years of experience. The position require implementation, preventive, predictive, mechanical, activities, make, physical, inspection, equipment, operations, design, machinery, installation, development, civil, erection, liaison, review, documents, plant, administration, site, compliance, purchase, technical, foundry, plc troubleshooting, cnc troubleshooting, cnc programming, maintenance mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
