Description

We are seeking a candidate to join our team as an Assistant to the Director with additional responsibilities in executive support for the Business Head.

The candidate will work virtually, "Work from Home" for our office.

Your primary role will be to maintain a strong and trusted relationship with the stakeholders and Business Heads.

Serve as the first point of contact for our office, managing responsibilities with professionalism and charisma.

Assist the Business Head with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.

Prepare progress reports of all relevant departments using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Be willing and available to stay late as required, ensuring the CEO schedule is fully supported.

Accompany the Management on business trips, providing on-site support and ensuring all travel logistics are flawlessly executed.
