We are looking for an experienced “Assistant to CEO” who has an experienced in dealing with Supply chain/ Logistics/ IT industry. Must be Bachelors/ Masters graduate from any reputed institute. Position is Karachi based.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for dictations & Take minutes during meetings, accurately enter notes.
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
  • Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Attend meeting & keep minutes while ensuring that the directors attend all important meetings & make strong follow ups.
  • Able to communicate & bridge the gap between directors & clients.
  • Maintain electronic & paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Able to handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Provide assistance in different to the directors in different projects.
  • Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system.
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Skills & Qualification:
  • Bachelors / Masters graduate from any reputed institute (any other bachelors' degree will also considered).
  • Proven to years of experience in Supply chain/logistics/IT industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office with hands on experience.
  • In depth knowledge of office management as well as familiarity with reporting techniques.
  • Must have excellent reporting skills with good administrative writing skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written English communications skills.
Must be able to work on Sundays and on Pakistan's public holidays.
