Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals

Conducting market research to gather data on target audience and competitors

Managing the sales team and setting sales targets

Overseeing and managing marketing campaigns and initiatives

Attending industry events and trade shows to network and gather information

Analyzing sales and marketing data to make informed decisions

Managing the budget for the sales and marketing department

Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and clients

Managing the sales pipeline and forecasting future sales

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership and team management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (CRM, Email marketing, Social media management tools)

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for the field of sales and marketing.
