Job Description:
• Ensuring deduction of taxes on payment, weekly deposits, according to tax law.
• Managing the record of petty cash transaction, etc.
• Must be able to manage processing, fixed assets, accounts payable, payroll disbursements etc.
• Assist in the audit process by providing information and data as per management instructions.
• Must have experience in FMCG based industry.
• Manage and ensuring the meeting rooms, conferences, and other special events.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the record and receipts (voucher posting) according to SOP`s.
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure office supplies.
• Monitor daily office electricity consumption as per standard.
• Ensuring daily, weekly and monthly transactions.
• Task assigned by management.
Job Specification
Arsh Industries SMC PVT LTD is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Assistant Officer Finance and Admin in the field of Accounting/Auditing in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors/master qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require double entry, excel mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
