. Accountability for Operations (LHE, PEW and ISB) regarding service levels, service efficiency & performance

. To ensure operational costs are managed efficiently in line with budgetary requirements

. Analyze and problem solve operational problems to maximize operational efficiency.

 Oversee timely and accurate movement of shipments and documentation.

 Ensure that employees comply with rate and service requirements established by customers.

. Must have strong interpersonal skills, process driven and customer focused.

 Formulate, establish operational policies and procedures.

 Liaison with all levels of management as needed to keep them appraised of operational matters
