Description
. Accountability for Operations (LHE, PEW and ISB) regarding service levels, service efficiency & performance
. To ensure operational costs are managed efficiently in line with budgetary requirements
. Analyze and problem solve operational problems to maximize operational efficiency.
Oversee timely and accurate movement of shipments and documentation.
Ensure that employees comply with rate and service requirements established by customers.

Formulate, establish operational policies and procedures.
