Description
A progressive manufacturing company is looking for Assistant Manager Imports at its Head Office in Karachi.
Candidate must have complete knowledge of imports and ability to deal with local and foreign procurement, preferably steel / Metals, chemicals, machinery & spares and PMC sector. Incumbent must be expert in Import assignments along with banks dealing like L/C Opening, Contracts and documentary work. Can interact professionally with Ports, Banks & Custom agents and must possess sound knowledge of Government policies of Duties & Taxes with SRO & H.S Codes, WEBOC system and be able to manage work independently.
Candidate must be graduate or Masters in supply chain, well versed in English & Computer literate.
Must have at least years working experience, preferably in import of All types of Steel/Metal, PMC and chemicals.
