Description

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including;

• Month and end-year process

• Accounts payable/receivable

• Cash receipts

• General ledger

• Payroll and utilities monitoring

• Revenue and expenditure variance analysis

• Fixed Assets book keeping and reconciliations

• Bank account statement reconciliations

• Debt activity

• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

• Coordinate and complete annual audits

• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Meet financial accounting objectives

• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

Job Specification

Badar Expo Solutions is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Assistant Manager Accounts (Male / Female) in the field of Accounting/Auditing in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have icma, mba finance qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require daily operations, accounting, process, accounts payable, cash, general ledger, payroll, monitoring, revenue, variance analysis, fixed assets, book keeping, debt, monitor, data, procedures, corrective, direct, staff, compliance, financial accounting, transactions mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 80k to 100k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
