Description

-    Monthly cash flow statement before th of every month
-    Monthly Profit and Loss before th of every month
-    Post Journal Voucher for credit notes and salaries
-    Finalization of salary sheet before st of every month
-    Checking of all the vouchers posted
-    Liaison with Auditors (BMC) for Audit Finalization
-    Follow up with bank for Tax Withheld of TT by the bank
-    Leasing entries and documentation if any
-    Follow up with HBL Running Financing taken by Wimits& deposit mark up quarterly.
-    Bifurcation and Entries of Expenses divided among Phyto, Wimits& Neon. (F)
-    Follow up with BOP on Lease Facility& Renewal.
-    Follow up with bank for credit of TTS(F)
-    Preparation of Chqs and pay orders. (F)
-    Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements. (F)
-    Post & Keep track of Bank Payments made to parties.
-    Follow up and resolve the issues with insurance companies & Mobile Telecom companies.
-    Deposit Income tax on salaries each month.
-    File Annual Tax Return of Neon Chemicals.

Any other task assigned by the management.
