Description

 Staff required Office management & front desk responsibilities 

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

Advance Tech is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have graduation it related qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require office management, front desk mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 20k to 25k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
