Description
- Provide support to Manager Operations in administrative duties.
- Oversee in monitoring, managing and resolving operational issues.
- Monitor and maintain office environment.
- Handling the external stakeholders i.e. vendors in procurement and other external tasks.
- Arrange, organize and store all office supplies.
- Maintain log books & spreadsheets for all office activities required.
- Assist and coordinate in arranging company`s events and meetings.
- Handling employees grievances related to operations.
- Provide support in bank related activities.
- Handling petty cash properly and keeping a record.
Job Specification
Coeus Solutions is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Admin Executive in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have b.com/m.com qualification and atleast fresh graduate of experience. The position require multitasking, communication, interpersonal skills, willingness to perform variety of tasks mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 20k to 25k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
