. We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Accounts Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success.


Job Description:
As the Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. You will work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Audit Preparation: Coordinate and prepare for annual audits, liaising with external auditors as necessary.
Payroll Management: Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
Experience: Minimum of years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least years in a managerial role.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Leadership and team management abilities.
