Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

. Must assist manager with the daily operations and processes.

. Collaborate with the Manager to systematically manage the business’s policy.

. Processing payments, creating invoices, contacting clients about outstanding invoices, recording income and receipts, and entering data.

. Financial statement preparation displaying business profits and expenses.

. Prepare annual budgets for operations in coordination with the manager.

. Manage and regularly monitor programme expenditure, with regular, budget versus actual analysis.

. Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of banking and currency practises.

. Ensure that bank and cash accounts are reconciled on a regular basis.

. Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.

. Working experience with the accounts software like SAP will be preferred.

Required Skills:

Ø Strong understanding of Ms Excel and SAP.

Ø Excellent English Communication skills.

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ø Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.

Ø Good conflict resolution abilities.
