Description

An Accounts Officer with - years of experience is sought to join a dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including ledger entries, reconciliations, and payments

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Proven experience in accounting with - years in a similar role

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally)

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
