Key Responsibilities:

. Accounts Payable (AP) Management

• Process supplier invoices and ensure accurate data entry in ERP/SAP.

• Verify invoices against purchase orders, delivery notes, and contracts.

• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing while managing due dates.

• Maintain vendor account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

• Negotiate and manage payment terms with suppliers for cost optimization.

• Prepare and analyze accounts payable aging reports. . Accounts Receivable (AR) Management

• Issue sales invoices and ensure proper documentation.

• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

• Follow up on delayed payments and resolve disputes with clients.

• Maintain customer account reconciliations to ensure accurate receivables tracking.

• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.

. Reconciliation & Cash Flow Management

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in cash balances.

• Monitor daily cash flow and ensure liquidity for operations.

• Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts to support financial planning.

. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports for payables and receivables.

• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.

• Support internal and external audits with required documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Master’s degree (BBA Finance / MBA / M.Com / ACCA Part-Qualified)

• Experience Required: - years (Manufacturing sector preferred).

• Technical Skills:

o ERP / SAP B proficiency (Preferred)

o Strong knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, and financial reporting

o Hands-on experience in reconciliations and cash flow management

o Knowledge of manufacturing sector finance & tax regulations

o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

o Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
