Description
To pay bills and maintain vendor ledgers
To receive, record and present Vendor invoices
To maintain record of Vendor tax
To process Vendor payments
To liaise with Vendors for reconciliations
To manage expense ledgers
To overview and verify fleet, billty & consignment expenses
To keep record & verify the daily office expenses
To verify daily procurement and entries in system
To input GST at FBR portal
G Tax payment and adjust in ledgers
Withholding tax payment and adjust in ledgers
To receive Tax exemption letter, G.D letter and undertakings of companies
To assist Manager in returns of Tax
Job Specification
Health Plus Distributar is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Account Assistant in the field of Accounting/Auditing in one of their office located in Rawalpindi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have minimum bachelors qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require account managing mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 45k to 60k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
