Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accuracy in all transactions. Since our company operates in medicine distribution and uses SAP Business One prior experience with this ERP software will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in maintaining accurate financial records in **SAP Business One**.

* Record day-to-day accounting transactions (payments, receipts, invoices, credit/debit notes).

* Support accounts receivable and payable functions.

* Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.

* Assist in payroll processing and expense management.

* Prepare reports for management as required.

* Coordinate with internal teams regarding inventory, billing, and payments.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

* – years of experience in accounting (experience in medicine distribution will be a plus).

* Hands-on knowledge of SAP Business One or other ERP systems preferred.

* Strong skills in MS Excel and accounting principles.

* Good communication and teamwork abilities.

* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
