D MAX to determine requirements for current and future projects.
Expert in d max program, lumion, Photoshop, SketchUp.
Great ability to work in teamwork and under pressure.
Have several techniques in presentation.
Work with the Project Manager(s) and project team (s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development
Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
Produce graphic presentations, D Modeling, and architect interior designing.
Assist in planning, making adaptations and modifications to complete the working drawings.
Working with modeling commercial, offices, compound
Understanding of Solid drawing, traditional artistic skills, components, rendering, anatomy, color theory, perspective, lighting, environment, architectural techniques.
Aptitude to learn new concepts quickly and accept new challenges.
Display of multiple-tasking ability accompanied by sound judgment.
Dexterity to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines and other metrics.
High level of organization and attention to detail
Shift timing will be rotating
Other Skills:
Ability to work well in a team environment.

The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require expert, current, program, photoshop, sketchup, presentation, project, design development, complex, design, innovative, 3d modeling, architect, interior designing, planning, working drawings, modeling, commercial, solid, drawing, components, rendering, anatomy, lighting, environment, aptitude, concepts, sound, metrics, level, organization, timing, rotating mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time evening shift job.Salary vary between 3 to 4 (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
