Description

Benchmark is an architectural firm looking for an experienced Sketchup Expert.

Responsibilities

Create customized output including both commercial and residential drawings

Develop D and D design for new project

Produce creative designs from initial sketches to final concepts

Expertise on Lumion

Requirements

Must be proficient in SketchUp, lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.

Ability to observe, research, and analyze a variety of subject matters (i.e., architecture, construction)

Understanding of Solid drawing, traditional artistic skills, components, rendering, anatomy, color theory, perspective, lighting, environment, architectural techniques.

Portfolio

The position require sketchup, expert, commercial, residential, design, project, creative, final, concepts, problem solving, adobe, photoshop, illustrator, research, architecture, construction, solid, drawing, components, rendering, anatomy, lighting, environment, portfolio, software, market mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time evening shift job.
