Responsibilities & what is expected from the role:
• Ensure that targets met/overachieved across all products
on a weekly & and monthly basis.
• Zero tolerance on customer complaints due to sales pitch and customer commitment.
• Manage customer expectations effectively. Ensure that
the revenue generated meets the target revenue figure.
• Attend trainings and become Subject Matter Experts on
products being sold.
• Develop thorough understanding of sales process and maintain sales pipe-line in prescribed format.
Sales Calls & Meetings:
• Prepare a daily list of calls and meetings and review with TL.
• Make on an average minimum sales calls to new and
existing clients per day.
• Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective
customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments.
• Understand Customer needs and design customized,cost-effective solutions for the client.
