Description

We are a UK based company and looking for a competent, high-performing and enthusiastic Sales Manager to work with IMT’s/ LMT’s/key accounts; to maintain and generate new customer acquisitions and achieve revenue growth targets. The selected candidate will be based in Lahore. The company is looking for the "right" person who is a team player, can accept challenges and deliver targets independently.

Candidate should have the experience to manage all sales functional areas including channel & category sales development, customer relationship, distribution, credit recovery, etc.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement strategic business plans to expand the customer base and maximize sales revenue and recovery operations

Build and promote strong, healthy and professional customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals and develop specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Sales/Marketing or business-related field

Years of experience in sales in reputed IT company

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Excellent organizational skills, strong business sense and industry experience

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to execution independently
