Description
Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Manage the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
- Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team
- Keep track of sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales support Officer or Sales support associate
- Bachelors in engineering or any degree in relevant filed is required.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills

The ideal candidate should have bachelors / masters qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require analytica, troubleshooting, assistance, customer, correspondence, sales, team, review, service, data, product, requirements, support, engineering, office, excel, communication, analytical mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
