Description

• Preparation of Database and approach clients via e-marketing, telephone calls etc. to identify their requirements.

• Maintaining & foster relationships with existing customers in person, via telephone calls, emails, Meetings, cold calling (if require) and gathering clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements

• Preparation and management of business proposals, quotations, tenders and product comparison to facilitate customers efficiently.

• Negotiating on delivery and specifications with customers and liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders (if require)

• Manage departmental events, travel plans of principals, customers and executives for product promotions.

• Identify advertising opportunities/marketing campaigns, arrangements & distributions of marketing materials.
