Description
• Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with customers to generate sales.
• Demonstrates the Company’s property portfolio and assists customers in selecting the right property to suit their needs.
• Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
• Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
• Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
• Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations.
• Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market
• Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.

Job Specification
SA Group is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Sales Executive in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Kala Shah Kaku - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bba/ba/mba qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require good communication skills, customer focus, confident, self motivated and driven to succeed, strong negotiation skills, effective coordination and followup skills mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
