Description
- As and when required, post open positions to online recruiting sites and newspapers
- Collect and screen resumes, select short-listed potential candidates to fix interviews with the Head of Recruitment for an initial interview and with relevant Departmental Heads, if needed;
- Update ‘Talent Pool Data’ on continuous basis, ensuring to keep relevant CVs and profiles, which can be contacted as and when required

HM International - ENG is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Recruitment Specialist in the field of Human Resources in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelor / masters qualification and atleast 4 years of experience. The position require recruitment, selection, headhunting, interviews, screening mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 40k to 60k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
