ECOMPK (Pvt.) LTD is urgently looking for Quality Assurance Analyst.

Minimum Experience: - years of experience of call quality analysis in any e-commerce company.
Location: Shahra-e-Quaideen, Karachi
Requirements:
• Participate in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
• Perform call monitoring and provide trend data to the management team.
• Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team
• and individual level.
• Perform regular checks on low performing employee's calls.
Key Competencies:
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Problem analysis and problem solving.
• Knowledge of calling principles and practices.
• Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
• Experience in a call center or customer services environment.
