Description
• To create active liaison with other departments / store as per material requests
• To arrange internal transfer of available material between different stores by getting approval of HOD and maintain their record
• Replenish the available stock to the indenter store keeping in view its consumption patterns
• To timely communicate the status of non-available items to HOD for timely procurement
• To assist HOD in determining the reorder point of critical items
• To timely deliver the POs to relevant vendors/suppliers and keep track of their delivery times
• To monitor the critical items stock on daily basis
• Keep track of the dispatch information and store receiving of material
• To efficiently communicate the material status to the service / projects / MU and Inventory reps when required
• Arranging transportation for local & imported material
• Monitoring the process from PO to payment
• Market survey to be update about the item being purchased
• Making comparative statement before purchase
• Vendor induction, Evaluation and grouping moreover vendor development
• Value ordering and purchasing
Job Specification
The Imperial Electric Company is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Procurement Officer in the field of Accounting/Auditing in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bba/b.com/ba qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require stock, dispatch, inventory, transportation, survey, purchase mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
