Job Responsibilities:
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Typing, preparing and collating reports
- MIS reporting
- Filing
- Organising and coordinating for the internal & external meetings
- Managing databases • Liaising with various departments and functions
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
- Logging or processing bills or expenses
- Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients

Ltd. is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Office Secretary in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Karachi - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require calls, handling, correspondence, typing, mis reporting, filing, internal, liaising, publicity, logging, processing, expenses, acting, receptionist mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.
