Description

Responsibilities :

• Installation & configuration of computer hardware and operating system

• Network & Server Maintenance & Monitoring.

• Troubleshooting, Maintenance & set up of Printers, Scanners & Projectors.

• Outlook configuration with all protocols.

• Time Attendance machine maintenance & troubleshooting.

• CCTV infrastructure implementation, troubleshooting & maintenance.

• PABX implementation, troubleshooting & maintenance.

• UPS implementation, troubleshooting & maintenance.

• Assisting staff with utilizing various back & front office applications.

• Creating & maintaining documentation & asset databases.

Requirements :

• Minimum Graduation.

• Knowledge of CCTV cabling, DVR/NVR configuration will be a plus.

• An ideal candidate should have good communication & reporting skills.

• Candidates having support experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX will be Preferred.

• Flexible in timings - Must be able to cope up with timings of outlet
