US based company is hiring Customer Support Representative for our Night shift to manage customer queries, feedbacks, and complaints.
Duties:
Promptly answer incoming calls
Call customer for order verification
Produce performance reviews/feedback for each customer
Requirements:
Strong call handling skills and active listening
Great verbal and written communication skills
Must be fluent in English
Relevant experience in Call Center would be preferred
Shift Timings: pm – am.
Office Location: FB. Area Gulberg Karachi
