Description

US based company is hiring Customer Support Representative for our Night shift to manage customer queries, feedbacks, and complaints.

Duties:

 Promptly answer incoming calls

 Call customer for order verification

 Produce performance reviews/feedback for each customer

Requirements:

 Strong call handling skills and active listening

 Great verbal and written communication skills

 Must be fluent in English

 Relevant experience in Call Center would be preferred

Shift Timings: pm – am.

Office Location: FB. Area Gulberg Karachi
