Description

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out end to end recruitment
  • Develop job descriptions and post them online
  • Screen candidates for open positions at the company
  • Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews of shortlisted candidates
  • Maintain excellent employee records
  • Conduct orientation of hired candidates
  • Assist with employee performance management systems
  • Create and share reports on HR related activities
  • Assist with any other HR-related activity
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s (BA or BS) in HR, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Effective problem-solving and management skills
  • Proficient computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  •  Strong decision-making skills

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
