Description
Responsibilities:
- Carry out end to end recruitment
- Develop job descriptions and post them online
- Screen candidates for open positions at the company
- Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews of shortlisted candidates
- Maintain excellent employee records
- Conduct orientation of hired candidates
- Assist with employee performance management systems
- Create and share reports on HR related activities
- Assist with any other HR-related activity
- Bachelor’s (BA or BS) in HR, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Effective problem-solving and management skills
- Proficient computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong decision-making skills
