Conduct Manpower need analysis at Unit against the manpower request from line manager. If requests seems appropriate than send to Recruitment and Selection Officer for approval and for further process.
Shortlist the CVs as per the demand from line managers.
Schedule the interviews by keeping in loop the Head HR & OD and Call candidates for tests and Interviews.
Responsible to handle the grievance, warnings and disciplinary matters of employees by keeping in view the employee relation policy and procedure of the organization.
Look after daily employee matters to engage them in their work positively.
Process employee separation activities by receiving resignation, issuing experience letter and software entry.
Responsible to conduct employee exit interviews to understand the reasons of employee resignations.
Prepare monthly reports of exit interviews and discuss with Head HR & OD for improvements
Also responsible for resigned employee’s clearance, and make sure that process of clearance must be done within assigned time.
Execute the performance management policy and procedures, in full spirit.
Maintain and upgrade Organizational Structure of Unit, develop JDs of New Positions, revise JDs of existing staff/positions on quarterly basis, update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and issue JDs and KPIs to staff on quarterly basis.
Responsible for on time Quarterly evaluations at Unit by keeping in loop line Heads and conduct performance interviews between line heads and staff for performance feedback purpose.
Responsible to calculate Increments and promotions on yearly basis and send to Head HR & OD for further approvals from top management.
Quarterly plan training calendar at Unit by keeping in loop Head HR & OD on the basis of quarterly performance evaluations and Training Need Analysis.
Prepare Training Evaluations and Effectiveness report on quarterly basis and submit to Head HR & OD.
Responsible for all logistical and scheduling arrangements of training events and ensure that trainings must be conduct in professional environment.
