Our client, a leading MNC Pharmaceutical, is looking for HR Business Partner for its Karachi office. Right candidate should be University Graduate (in HR / Psychology) – MBA in HR will be a plus point. - years of relevant work experience is expected against this position. (S)he should be good in developing, updating, modifying HR policies and tools. Should be able to carry out end-to-end employee cycle activities. Should be exceptionally good in coaching, mentoring, career development and should be able to take appropriate measures against disciplinary matters. The ideal candidate should have bachelors / masters qualification and atleast 5 years of experience. The position require business, university, development, training, policies, coaching, mentoring, career development, disciplinary actions mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
