Description
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
• Assisting the HR team with recruitment processes
Job Specification
The Imperial Electric Co. (Pvt.) Ltd is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Desk Receptionist in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have ba/b.com qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require communication mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 25k to 25k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
